I. Main Applications
The ZYL7500D mine-used directional drill rig can be used in conjunction with different models of kilometer-long directional drilling rigs to output high-pressure hydraulic kinetic energy, driving the downhole screw motor, which in turn rotates the directional drill bit at high speed, enabling directional drilling operations.

II. Scope of Application
Suitable for directional drilling in coal and rock formations with a ground firmness coefficient (f) ranging from 0.5 < f ≤ 10.
Applicable for directional drilling in roadways or drilling sites with a height of no less than 3m, a width of no less than 4.5m, and a length of no less than 10m.
Also applicable for non-coal mining operations, such as geological exploration projects in tunnels, bridges, defense construction, as well as directional drilling and extraction of unconventional natural gas.
Can be paired with high-pressure sealed drill pipes and wireless guidance systems to achieve directional hydraulic fracturing.

Features core powerhead components with independent intellectual property rights and independently developed technology, ensuring stable and reliable operation without mechanical lock-up failures in the front-clamping powerhead.
