Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group International Trading Co.,Ltd.,hereinafter referred to as 'JMAG', is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanxi Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group. Established in March 2011 with a registered capital of RMB 800 million, it is primarily responsible for the import and export business of products from the Group. The predecessor of Shanxi Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group is Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group, which was founded in 1958 and is a Fortune Global 500 company. Its main businesses encompass coal, chemicals, coalbed methane, and coal mining machinery equipment.
In 2020, three large state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province, namely Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group, Shanxi Datong Coal Mine Group, and Shanxi Jinneng Group, were integrated into a single large enterprise group, Shanxi Jinneng Holding Group. With total assets of RMB 1.125 trillion, Jinneng Holding Group ranks 213rd on the 2024 Fortune Global 500 list and 57th on the China's Top 500 Enterprises list. Jinneng Holding Group is a super-large energy enterprise primarily engaged in coal, chemicals, power, and equipment manufacturing. It is the second-largest coal enterprise in China, the largest basic fertilizer producer nationwide, and the largest power generation enterprise within Shanxi Province.
Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group produces a nearly comprehensive range of coal mining machinery equipment and accessories. Among them, the mine-used kilometer-level directional drilling rig is a competitive product of the Group. In addition to being utilized in the mines under the Group's jurisdiction, the equipment and its accessories are also employed by numerous coal enterprises across China.
