Product Description:
The pilot-type fishing bit adopts a stepped design, including a guiding section, a reaming and cutting section, a water groove, and a connecting section. The pilot-type milling and fishing bit is a steel-body PDC bit with a large-diameter bit body to ensure sufficient clearance for circulating flushing fluid while passing through stuck drilling tools (Φ73mm or Φ89mm directional drilling tools).
Product Features:
(1) The guiding section is located at the top of the bit, with no inner gauge and an outer diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the stuck borehole. There is a certain clearance between the bit and the stuck drilling tool to ensure that the guiding section can enter the stuck borehole during the fishing process, providing effective guidance and centralization.
(2) The top of the guiding section is inlaid with PDC composites, primarily to clear the accumulated drilling debris along the stuck borehole or at the stuck point, ensuring the smoothness of the milling and fishing guide hole.
(3) Shallow water grooves are machined between the PDC composite cutting teeth on the guiding section to ensure that the returning water can smoothly enter the reaming and cutting section.
(4) Behind the guiding section is the reaming and cutting section of the milling and fishing bit. The cutting section consists of evenly distributed cutting blades around the circumference, inlaid with PDC composites. During the fishing process, the blades enlarge the borehole diameter, reducing friction between the fishing bit and the borehole wall, and protecting the fishing rod for rapid retrieval.
(5) Water grooves are machined between the blades. Flushing fluid flows from the annulus between the stuck drilling tool and the milling and fishing tool, through the fishing bit, and returns to the annulus between the borehole wall and the fishing tool via the water grooves, meeting the requirements for bottom-hole flushing.
(6) The connecting section of the fishing bit features a box thread that matches the corresponding fishing rod, allowing for direct connection to the fishing rod.
Application Scope:
Primarily used for handling stuck and buried drilling tool accidents in downhole measurement-while-drilling directional drilling in coal mines, as well as fishing for drilling tools inside the borehole.
