Product Name: High-strength and high-toughness underreamer drill pipe
Product Model:
Place of Origin: Shanxi, China
Product Description
High-strength and high-toughness underreamer drill pipe is currently mainly used for deep hole and reaming drilling operations underground in coal mines. The drill pipe material adopts high-strength steel of grade S135 or higher, with the performance of the tempered joint meeting the requirements of ultra-high strength steel grades. The main structure of the drill pipe is similar to that of ordinary drift drill pipes, featuring an overall smooth external design. It consists of three parts: a male joint, a female joint, and the pipe body, which are welded into one piece through friction welding.
Product Features
Composed of a male joint, a female joint, and the rod body, all joined by friction welding.
Compatible with high-power drilling rigs.
Made from high-strength steel grades, offering higher tensile and yield strength.
Features a double top structure with wear-resistant surface treatment on the joints.
The strength at both ends of the drill pipe joints exceeds that of the rod body, enhancing the strength of the threaded portions of the joints.
Application Range
Primarily used for large diameter directional long-hole reaming construction underground in coal mines, it is also suitable for deep hole drilling in soft coal seams and various types of coal and rock where water passage and slag removal effects are poor. Additionally, it can be used for gas emission holes, water exploration holes, anti-prominence holes, and interlayer holes.
