JMAG International Trade Co. Exhibits at the 23rd Taiyuan Coal (Energy) Industry Technology & Equipment Exhibition
From April 22 to 24, 2025, the 23rd Taiyuan Coal (Energy) Industry Technology & Equipment Exhibition was successfully held at the Shanxi Xiaoh River International Convention and Exhibition Center. Organized around the theme "Clean, Efficient, and High-Quality Development", the exhibition promoted supply-side structural reform in the coal industry, enhanced sector-wide exchanges, and showcased cutting-edge technologies and intelligent equipment in coal mining, energy conservation, smart mines, 5G applications, and coalbed methane development and utilization. It served as a high-level platform for cooperation, communication, and mutual benefit for coal and energy enterprises worldwide.
At the Jinneng Holding Group’s outdoor exhibition area, JMAG International Trade Co. attracted significant attention with two revolutionary products in drilling engineering: the Non-Magnetic Grooved Drill Pipe and the Non-Magnetic Screw Motor.
The Non-Magnetic Grooved Drill Pipe is custom-designed for kilometer-scale directional drilling systems in coal seams. Forged using Taiyuan Iron & Steel’s Austrian GFM 1800-ton radial forging machine, it delivers exceptional strength, toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It performs reliably under extreme downhole conditions—high temperature, high pressure, high humidity, and high H₂S environments. Crucially, it effectively shields magnetic interference during data acquisition, solving a long-standing industry challenge of signal distortion in complex geological formations and ensuring high-precision, reliable measurement data.
The Non-Magnetic Screw Motor features a fully non-magnetic steel construction. Its innovative design integrates the probe system directly into the screw motor, eliminating the need for a separate non-magnetic drill collar. This reduces connection points and shortens the distance between the probe and the drill bit by 1.5 meters, significantly lowering signal attenuation. The system enables faster, more accurate transmission of formation data, allowing real-time monitoring of geological changes and timely adjustments to drilling parameters—improving efficiency, enhancing operational stability, and extending service life.
During the exhibition, several senior leaders from Jinneng Holding Group visited the booth, inquiring in detail about technical specifications and the application of scientific achievements. Company staff provided professional product presentations and in-depth technical explanations, showcasing JMAG’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and earning high praise from visiting leaders.
