YSX16 Mine-Used Measurement-While-Drilling (MWD) System
Primary Applications:
The YSX16 MWD system is primarily used for real-time monitoring during the construction of near-horizontal directional boreholes in underground coal mines. It transmits borehole parameters such as inclination angle, azimuth angle, and tool face angle via ultra-low-frequency electromagnetic waves while simultaneously displaying borehole parameters and trajectory in real time. This allows drilling operators to continuously monitor the borehole construction status and promptly adjust the orientation angle of the downhole motor or other process parameters to achieve precise drilling.
Scope of Application:
Suitable for directional borehole construction in various coal and rock formations with a hardness coefficient of 0.5 < f ≤ 10.
Ideal for gas hazard control, water hazard control, and stress relief borehole construction.
Specifically designed for downward directional borehole construction in water hazard control projects with borehole depths ranging from 800 to 1500 meters.
Compatible with fully automatic directional drilling rigs for automated directional drilling operations.
Technical Features:
Capable of predicting downhole geological conditions based on the strength of electromagnetic wave signals during transmission.
Utilizes through-hole drill pipes to effectively reduce drill pipe costs while improving their strength and service life.
